As everyone or almost everyone knows You Tube is the number one social network in the world.
People love to watch and share their private short or long movies as well as movies and concerts they have shot during their life experiences.
Imagine having your own private channel where at any time of the day you can broadcast what is happening live… wow the live broadcast has a different flavor because it is like being all together in the same physical place sharing that experience.
Twitter thought its new application Periscope he also had to have the possibility of giving communication to those in contact with us that we are transmitting this thing right now. Here, sharing on social media with an invitation to followers to connect is definitely a plus to advertise what is happening. In addition, since you are connected with your twitter account, you can comment and receive responses live!

What is Periscope

Periscope is the Twitter's new application to broadcast in direct a shot made with your smartphone. Through the camera of your phone you can communicate your position to everyone, frame a particular place or situation with the device to show it to other users live.
One often wonders what applications like Periscope are for; many use it to recover at a particular time of day or to resume an important situation and share it with followers, but the use of these apps has not yet been well defined although it offers many possibilities. Imagine not being able to participate in your favorite event ... with Periscope you can see live what is happening and participate as if you were present, if suddenly something extraordinary happens you can take it back and make it public by showing it to your friends who are not there. Or better still from the point of view of business being able to send all your followers a shot to advertise your business and share everything that happens on a daily basis.

How does it work

The user who activates the filming with his phone can decide who to direct the live broadcast to: through a private broadcast he can decide among his followers who to view the live broadcast while through the comment icon he can decide who has the possibility to interact with video. Once finished, the video can be saved and shared on other social networks (there is, therefore, also a storage service).

To participate in a live broadcast just click on the link that appears on the tweet of the person who shared it. Watching live is possible actively participate by sending messages to the user who is filming and these appear on the video; by clicking on the screen you can assign a series of hearts to the video as a sign of appreciation.

So can we all become directors now? Maybe? However, given that a new frontier of communication many bloggers will perhaps decide to be more engaging and act as improvised reporters or life philosophers… with the internet, the frontiers of communication are always open and evolving, the human mind as well. This mix will surely give us a new experience to evaluate.
