The project developed for JADY HAIR is based on the creation of a complex and flexible e-commerce infrastructure, specifically designed to simultaneously meet two distinct market targets. The core of the platform lies in its hybrid nature, capable of accommodating both the Business-to-Business (B2B) sales channel, aimed at industry professionals and distributors, and the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) channel, aimed at private customers, within a single digital environment.

To seamlessly manage this operational duality, the system was engineered with an architecture based on differentiated price lists. The platform automatically recognizes the type of connected user—retailer or individual—and dynamically assigns the correct prices, commercial terms, and discounts. This solution allows JADY HAIR to maintain a single, centralized catalog, streamlining sales management while ensuring a personalized and consistent browsing experience for each specific buyer category.

Technological Innovation: An Integrated Digital Ecosystem

The project's true technological leap goes far beyond the online sales interface, resulting in the creation of a fully integrated digital ecosystem. The goal of this innovation was to break down the traditional IT barriers between the web environment and the internal company infrastructure, directly and bidirectionally connecting the e-commerce portal with the physical warehouse.

At the heart of this seamless synchronization is cloud-based price management. All sales data and product information resides on a centralized cloud infrastructure that communicates constantly with the website. This ensures that every single price list change or inventory update is immediately received and propagated in real time throughout the entire system, ensuring absolute data consistency and preventing mismatches between digital sales and actual physical availability of goods.

Logistics Automation and Operations in the Physical Store

JADY HAIR's deep integration is most evident during the post-sales and order fulfillment phases, extending its reach to daily manual operations.
