By 14 May 2019No Comments

«Apple lost in the Supreme Court. Sages have ruled that consumers can move forward with lawsuits accusing Cupertino of using its market dominance to inflate App Store prices. The Bloomberg agency reports.

Apple had turned to the Supreme Court trying to overturn the decision of a judge who had given the green light to the group of consumers to launch a class action against the company of the bitten apple.

The company led by Tim Cook in a note stated that "it is the developers who determine" the price of the app, "Apple has no role in doing so". "The App Store is not a monopoly," the company emphasized.

Yesterday Apple collapsed on Wall Street, where the Cupertino titles have come to lose more than 5%. In addition to the defeat before the Supreme Court, it is the "war of tariffs" between the United States and China that weighs. "
