Business and Made in Italy (MIMIT)<\/strong> has recently provided <strong data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"360\">the first operational indications<\/strong> regarding the obligation for <strong data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"419\">company directors<\/strong> to provide themselves with an address of <strong data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"489\">Certified Electronic Mail (PEC)<\/strong> and to communicate it promptly to the <strong data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"552\">Company Register<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"882\">As clarified by the Ministry, the obligation concerns <strong data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"641\">all administrators<\/strong> \u2013 whether they are joint-stock companies, partnerships or cooperatives \u2013 and has the objective of <strong data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"795\">simplify and make official communications more transparent<\/strong>, promoting greater efficiency in the dialogue between Public Administration and businesses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"931\">Among the main operational indications that emerged:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"1349\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"1093\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1093\">The PEC must be <strong data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"1002\">uniquely attributable to the administrator<\/strong>, therefore it cannot be shared with other subjects or referred generically to the company.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1174\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1174\">The PEC address must be <strong data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1173\">active, functioning and consulted regularly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1349\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1349\">In case of failure to communicate or invalid address, penalties are foreseen <strong data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1275\">administrative sanctions<\/strong> and the possible <strong data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1348\">suspension of registration in the Company Register<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1540\">This obligation represents an important step towards the <strong data-start=\"1411\"
