The mix of products and services: that is, the set of elements concerning the utility acquired by the consumer in relation to:<br \/>\n- the product itself<br \/>\n- the packaging<br \/>\n- the brand<br \/>\n- the warranty and the services accompanying the product.<\/p>\n<p>2. The mix of distribution factors:<br \/>\n- distribution channels interested in the supply of products: intermediaries, distributors, dealers, etc.<br \/>\n- physical distribution: transport, storage, delivery to points of sale and logistics services.<\/p>\n<p>3. The mix of communication factors: the set of means of persuasion and information used to communicate with the market:<br \/>\n- direct sales actions<br \/>\n- advertising<br \/>\n- sales promotion<br \/>\n- special sales campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, however, many rules of graphic marketing have changed in tandem with the evolution of consumption.<br \/>\nFor this reason, three more P&#039;s have been added to the classic four just described:<strong> people, trials and physical evidence<\/strong>.<br \/>\n\u00b7 <em>People<\/em> involved in the consumption of a certain product<br \/>\n\u00b7 <em>The processes<\/em>, which is the reason why the product is used<br \/>\n\u00b7 <em>Physical evidence<\/em>.
