In 2012 there were 12 million &#039;web shoppers&#039;, up by 30% compared to the previous year. The data comes from a search by Google and Doxa Digital, presented at the DigitalxItalia conference. Further back, however, the SMEs: only 3 out of 10 make use of this additional sales or purchase channel.
