With the boom of intelligent personal assistants, Such as Alexa, and smart speakers, such as Google Home, the trend to make purchases through the voice. Among the sectors most affected by this innovation are the catering, including home delivery services, technology and furniture.

Purchases that take advantage of systems are also increasingly popular augmented and virtual reality. This technology becomes particularly useful to compensate for the lack of physicality of some types of e-commerce, such as clothing and accessories.
