What Remarketing is and how it works

By 17 December 2015No Comments

Remarketing is a form of targeted online advertising through which online advertising targets consumers based on their previous actions on the web, in situations where these actions do not result in a sale of the product.

For example

If a customer visits a site where they offer a product but then leaves it without having purchased, this site could add these browsers to the "Site Visitors" list. This will allow you to reach the prospect while they are browsing elsewhere with a more engaging action to get them back to complete the purchase.

The operation is based on the addition of a portion of code embedded in the homepage. The snippet will instruct you to save visitors to a list.

This will allow you to create a specific advertising campaign for all the people on the visitor list.

Why not try interest-based advertising for your business?
